Order Entry
Priced on the account's own agreement, stock committed out of the despatching store, credit applied before it saves.
Pulled through from the account the moment the customer number is entered. Rates on the grid come off this price list and this account's own agreement, which is why the same grade is a different number for a different customer.
Export accounts in USD and euro are GST free, so the tax base is nil and the invoice prints without a GST line. Domestic accounts carry 10% on the ex-GST value and it posts to 2200 GST Collected on despatch.
Freight is quoted to the door rather than itemised, so it rides in the rate unless something out of the ordinary is being carried. Cost of sales is weighted average, which is how the stock is valued.
